Repairs to all makes of high frequency tooling, including Bosch, Fein, Rava, Darg and CP. Large stocks of spare parts are held, enabling us to offer very rapid repair times. Fully detailed quotations are issued in all cases. Fully reconditioned tools are available for sale or hire.

We offer service exchange replacement stators for all makes.

All stators are Class H vaccuum impregnated.

Epoxy compound is added around the internal bore of windings, giving longer serviceable life.

Our experience has helped us to become the largest repairer of rotary frequency changers in the country. Repairs are carried out immediately upon acceptance of quotation. We have a constantly changing stock of reconditioned frequency changers, these are available for sale for hire.

We offer a comprehensive vibration testing and rectification service applicable to all portable hand tools, whether high frequency, compressed air, or 110 / 240 volt types. All tools repaired in our works automatically have their rotors dynamically balanced to ensure smoother running. We are probably the only high frequency repairer in the UK to offer this service as standard. On-site vibration surveys are easily arranged.

Testing to BS EN 8662-4 (Power Tools) is available.

We operate a specialised repair service for this type of motor. Commonly used by the wood-working industry, the best known makes being Perske, Homage, Elte and Wadkin. In all repair cases, the rotor is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth running. Motors are tested at rated frequency and voltage, frequency changers are load tested to ensure correct output voltage and frequency. Reconditioned motors are also available.
